Taxus Taxi

Challenge

Taxus Taxi collects huge amounts of yew trimmings every season. All the trimmings are collected from the customer's home because they need to be processed as quickly as possible (otherwise the active ingredient is lost). We helped analyze and optimize this process with a new website and a planning system.

Result

Taxus Taxi's new website has been optimized to make making an appointment as easy as possible. For the quality of the yew it is important to follow a few rules during and after pruning. These are also clearly communicated throughout the website and in further communication by email or phone.

In addition, there is the scheduling system, in which Taxus Taxi can arrange everything. Scheduling the appointments that come in by phone or e-mail, creating routes for the drivers, downloading the routes as GPS files for navigation and filling in the result of a route. By combining everything into one system it fits together seamlessly.
